The WebRing team would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year!

Forums

We are very pleased to report that the introduction of WebRing Forums has been a huge success! Forums are such a natural complement to rings that we feel sure that they will continue to thrive along with rings and encourage everyone to participate.

In the one short month since launching Forums we now have 3000 active forums and the number is growing every day.

There are several Forums that every person should look at, whether you are a site owner or ring manager or just a surfer:

ring managers can activate a Forum in their ring(s) by using the Global Settings screen to activate the Forum.

Other Enhancements

We've spent a good deal of time at the start of 2003 on support and support related activities: Improving response time, help pages, and the system checker.

Forum Directory.

Indicators on the My rings page for ring managers to see at a glance the status of their rings, including whether any members are interested in featuring their site(s).

We have a number of helpful changes coming in both ring Management and Forums that members have indicated an interest in.
