We're revising the membership program announced in September.

WebRing 1.0 - For all of you who have said "keep WebRing free!" we will, and without imposing significant membership or management restrictions. We'll refer to this membership option as WebRing 1.0. It will be kept simple, free and reminiscent of the early WebRing.
